“In September 2021, Jorel found Jennifer Scott’s Instagram page. He reached out to Jen to schedule a phone call. During this call Jen provided guidance by walking Jorel and I through the home buying process. She was very patient and understanding. After the phone call Jorel and I both felt comfortable with selecting the Scott Team as our relators. Thereafter, we sent Jen a few homes that were on the market that we were interested in. She promtly scheduled a few houses to visit. We met Julius at this time and immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge and vision. We found out that we had a few things in common with Julius and Jen and we connected immediately. We felt that we could trust them and they would provide the best advice. The market was tough at this time and we put in a few offers that weren't accepted. Jorel and I decided to take a break with searching for homes. However, Jen and Julius kept us motivated to keep searching and not give up. In September 2022, The Scott Team sent us a home that we later visted. Touring the home the Scott Team gave us a lot of insight on how we could make this house our own. Jen and Julius gave great ideas for renovationing certain areas of the home. After the visit we decided to place a offer. A week later our offer was accepted. We went through the stages and closed on October 26,2022. I would definitely refer The Scott Team to friends and relatives that are looking to purchase or sell homes. Both Jen and Julius are honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and are genuinely good people. Our first home buying process went smoothly. We are very pleased with our decision to choose The Scott Team and we love our home. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
